We highly recommend Dan and B.C. Tile Creations!! Finding solid, trustworthy contractors in this town is hard enough, but Dan is hands down the best all around. Great communication, incredibly knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. Very dedicated to his customers. Not to mention, impeccable work! (We come from family of handy folk, so believe me when I say it!) We did a complete gut and reno of our bathroom, and he was super fast and clean from the start. Dan with BC Custom Builders and his team were amazing to work with for our full-gut bathroom renovation. His pricing was competitive, his proposal was extremely detailed, and his team executed the project well. Dan is extremely detailed-oriented, quick and responsive to questions (I had lots), and takes significant pride in the quality of his work- a trait that is seemingly rare now. Everything from demolition, to electrical and plumbing, tiling, permitting, inspections, was handled by Dan. He is communicative on timelines, giving heads up when various subcontractors will be around, when inspections are being scheduled, etc. He even had a cleaning crew come through the house to clean up all the dust and debris that comes with a significant renovation, which was much appreciated. We would happily use BC Custom Builders again for our future remodel needs. ~ Jack S
We are so thrilled to have worked with Dan for our kitchen renovation! Compared to other local contractors, he was the clear best choice. Excellent communication from start to finish. Phenomenal quality of work. He taught us a lot and answered all of our questions throughout the process. This was a complete gut down to the studs with many decisions and many subcontractors involved. Dan was an excellent project manager, making sure everything was efficiently scheduled and executed. We loved all the people he selected, and even chose to rehire some of them for side jobs. It was a genuine pleasure to work with, learn from, and spend time with Dan and his team.
